As the countdown dropped into single digits for the Magee wedding, I was religiously looking at the weather. You see, for Alexis and Kyles’ engagement session it rained. Not just like a light rain, like a full on good ol Florida rain. As my alarm clock went off that Saturday morning, I opened up my windows not only to find that it wasn’t raining, it was the most gorgeous day that we have had in weeks. Mother nature was working all her magic to make this day perfect for these two to get married.
It came time for Alexis & Kyle to have their first look. I stood on the pathway with Kyle and his breathing became very deep and heavy. I could tell that he was nervous. He kept asking me if she was here yet, as I told him she was waiting around the corner for me to give the “go ahead”. He looked and me said ” I already know I’m going to cry.” As we both laughed at his comment, I knew that this man was head over heels for his soon to be bride.
These two have a love that goes the distance. Between being separated for some of their relationship to picking up both of their lives and moving across the country. They know that where ever life takes them, that as long as they are doing it together, nothing can stop them from creating the legacy that they have always dreamed of.
Alexis & Kyle,
Your love is a kind of love that everyone dreams about. You are constantly making each other laugh but are there for one another when things get tough. I am so incredibly blessed to have been able to witness the most important day of your love story. Have the most amazing time down in the Keys on your honeymoon!! Love you guys!!
xoxo,
Alexis
