As I stood outside and looked up at the sky, it was filled with puffy white clouds with a light breeze. I could smell the salt that came off from the ocean waves. Florida may have been a little confused that it was supposed to be fall, but nonetheless, it was a perfect day for a wedding.

Later in the day I walked into the guys getting ready room. Dillon was smiling and kinda pacing around the room. He looked at me and smiled and shortly asked me if I was nervous. I slightly giggled and said no, are you? He immediately said yes and said he was just so ready to be married to Ashlynn. After eight years of dating each other, there was not a doubt in his mind that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her.

They share the same values, their family is everything to them and even though these two families came together on their wedding day as one, they have already been one big family for the past eight years.

Shortly after their ceremony I took Ashlynn and Dillon out closer to the water to shoot their sunset portraits. I couldn’t hear what they were saying with the waves crashing into the beach but they could not stop smiling at each other. With the sun setting right behind them and the sound of waves as the music, it truly was so romantic and an unforgettable moment.
