It was a gorgeous day at The Howey Mansion on a Sunday afternoon. As I greeted both Alyssa and Brett they were polar opposites. Alyssa was very chill and relaxed, hanging out with her girls ready for this amazing day. Brett I could sense a little bit of anxiousness and nerves. But, truthfully it was all because he couldn’t wait to see his soon to be wife.
Alyssa wore this stunning gown with embroidered detail all throughout. She completed her look with a long cathedral veil that laid perfectly as she walked. Brett was waiting at the bottom of the stairs for Alyssa. As she slowly walked down the stairs, you could hear the sound of her heels with each new step. I could see the tension building up on Brett’s face with each foot step as she got closer and closer. The moment he turned around and saw Alyssa, he immediately embraced her for a hug. After a couple minutes with each other, just the two of them, I could tell that all the nerves were washed away.
Alyssa & Brett,
