From the first consultation, to the venue tour, and now their engagement session, my love for Candace & Thomas continues to grow!  I do not remember a single time that these two were not smiling during their session. From the time we stepped out of the car to the time when Thomas thought he found something neat in the sand (which ended up being bird poop LOL), laughter was the center of the evening.

As I was driving out to the park and day-dreaming of the session that was yet to come, I looked up into the sky and saw darkness. If you live in Florida, you know that we get these evening storms almost daily in the summer. The evening turned out to be perfect to say the least. The storm passed up by and mother nature allowed for a rain free, slightly cooler evening.

The night was coming to a close and we got to talking about why I love engagement sessions so much. Not only are they a time to practice taking professional pictures, but the session is about you and only you. Yes, your wedding day is of course about you as well! Your wedding day is surrounded by your family and friends, but your engagement session is just you two. The time where you can really enjoy this new chapter with each other of being engaged and being in love.

I wish I could relive our session over and over again. I left will such a full heart filled with laughter and joy. I love watching you two be playful with each other. You don’t take any moment together for grant it and you are always looking for new ways to make each other smile. I am looking forward to next April to watch the two of you start your own legacy.
